Motherwell and Standford Pumpstation upgrades
Africoast Consulting Engineers was appointed by the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality for the civil and structural work for the improvement and installation of additional pump sets at Motherwell and Stanford Road booster pump stations.
Motherwell Booster Pump Station
- Construction of internal roads and parking areas
- Relocation of a section of existing stormwater pipeline
- Construction of a new transformer room
- Construction of a covering structure over the existing above ground exposed inlet pipework
- Construction of new pump plinths and anchor blocks
- General repair and maintenance to existing buildings
Stanford road Booster Pump Station
- Construction of new access road to the pump station
